How it’s worked in the past.

Step 1

We meet up to chat and explore your current talent dilemma – this is FREE for you and you get an idea of what the addVantage process will do for your talented individuals

Step 3
If you know this is going to be great for your in house talent we contract together exactly what the need is and scope a really tight plan

We deliver the programme (usually over a 6 month period)

Track it and deliver a return on investment

We build a great working relationship with you and your team leaders and decide how we can help further
